Jándi, Dávid (1893-1944)

He was the pupil of Károly Ferenczy, Isván Réti and János Thorma. He spent much of his life in Nagybánya. He painted landscapes, biblical and mythological scenes and stressed spatiality of forms. He was deported from Nagybánya by the Germans.
